Why Cerec?

Every day, more and more patients are choosing CEREC as their preferred dental restoration technique. For patients, the biggest advantage is the time savings. Only one appointment is required, resulting in much preferred single appointment dental care. As dentists and patients know, most restorative procedures require more than one visit to the dentist. Typically, this requires an initial visit including anesthesia, tooth preparation and an impression as well as a temporary restoration. A follow up visit is required a few weeks later, with another shot of anesthesia, the temporary restoration pulled off, and the new permanent restoration put in place.

All-on-4

Perhaps unbeknown to many, being edentulous (missing teeth) is a common handicap. For many years, research, documented studies and a long clinical history have helped to prove the effectiveness and long lasting results of dental implants, especially pertaining to the physical benefits of osseointegration (this is where bone and an artificial implant would meet) and bone preservation.

One technology that Dr. Luth and Dr. Heideman have adopted at their Las Vegas office, is the the exciting new All-on-4 clinical solution. This innovative procedure has been developed to maximize the use of available bone and to allow for immediate use and drasticially reduced recovery times. All-on-4, as the name suggests, utilizes only four implants in edentulous jaws (toothless). All-on-4 takes full advantage of the many benefits to be found from tilting the posterior implants to provide a secure and comfortable prosthetic support for a prosthetic bridge, even with minimum bone volume.
