Dental Case #4 - Replace Metal Fillings This is the same patient as was seen in case #3 only this time you are looking at the top teeth. Notice that some of the silver fillings are very large. We do not believe in setting ourselves up for failure, so in our office when fillings get too large we replace them with porcelain inlays or onlays which are much stronger than fillings yet more conservative than crowns. |
